Phoebe was a beautiful girl.Phoebe was too young to be out of this world but the angels took her from her family and friends.Kally,Amber and Josh and all of the other angels will take good care of you in heaven.I promise.Phoebe was very popular at school and home when she was down here with us but she will still be very popular up there too.You will have fun up there with all of the other angels you will be playing with them all day long.We will never forget you never.You always had a side pony in your hair for school and at home.You always had a smile on your face down here and you will always have a smile on your face in heaven too.I bet you are jumping on the fluffy cloads and looking down to see your family and friends.God will tell you what jobs you will have to do up there.We all love you so so much and miss you so so much.When tears come down our cheeks and go down on to our chest the tear will seal into our hearts and it means you are speaking to us.Why?
